雪山和草原都太美了，完全不用操心

玉龙雪山的缆车票和氧气瓶导游都提前准备好了，我们直接上去就行，省心。在蓝月谷，湖水蓝得不像真的，我老公给我拍了好多照片，终于有几张能看的了。最难忘的是香格里拉的土司宴，牦牛肉火锅太香了，青稞酒喝了一小杯，脸就红扑扑的。整个行程就是上车睡觉，下车拍照，啥都不用管。

玉龍雪山で夫と写真バトル…でもツアーは完璧

青月谷の水の色はSNSの写真そのままで、エメラルドグリーンが信じられませんでした。宿泊したシューヘの古い町の宿は朝、窓から雪山が見えて最高でした。ただ、玉龍雪山の頂上で、夫が私の写真をひどく撮ってしまい、20分くらい言い合いになりました（笑）。ロープウェイも入場もすべてガイドが先に手配してくれたので、並ぶことは一度もありませんでした。標高が高くて少し息切れしたけど、それは自分の体調管理の問題ですね。シャングリラへの移動も快適な車で、ずっと寝ていられました。

すべてがガイドさんのおかげでスムーズでした

虎跳峡の轟音と水しぶきは圧巻で、妻がびっくりして後ずさりするのが面白かった。プダツォ国立公園の湖は本当に鏡のようで、雲が全部映っていて、ずっと写真を撮っていました。チベット族の長官宴会では、みんなで歌って踊って、お酒も飲みました。ガイドの王さんがすべてのチケットと移動を手配してくれたので、私たちはただ景色を楽しむだけでよかった。最後の日、母がバラ園でお土産のローズティーを買いすぎて、スーツケースがパンパンになったのは私たちの責任です。

옥룡설산 정말 멋졌는데, 제 폰이 말썽이에요

남천제일만에서 본 양쯔강의 풍경은 장관이었고, 블루문밸리의 푸른 물빛은 사진으로는 절대 담을 수 없을 만큼 아름다웠어요. 가이드님이 모든 티켓과 케이블카를 미리 처리해줘서 우리는 그냥 구경만 하면 됐어요. 유일한 불만은 제 폰이 옥룡설산 정상에서 배터리가 다 닳아서 블루문밸리 사진을 엄마가 찍어준 것밖에 없다는 거예요. 다음엔 보조배터리 꼭 챙겨야겠어요.

带妈妈来的，她开心得像个孩子

妈妈一直想来香格里拉，这次终于圆梦了。在束河古镇，她买了一条纳西族的老绣片，爱不释手。土司宴上，藏族姑娘来敬酒唱歌，妈妈还跟着学了两句，笑死我了。行程一点都不累，车接车送，酒店也舒服。最后一天的高原玫瑰基地，满园花香，妈妈又买了一堆玫瑰花饼说要带回去送人。看她这么开心，这钱花得太值了。

Einfach alles war organisiert, wir mussten nur genießen

Der Moment, als wir auf dem Jade Dragon Snow Mountain standen und die kalte, klare Luft eingeatmet haben, war magisch. Unser Guide Leo hat jeden Schritt für uns geregelt – von der Seilbahnkarte bis zum Sauerstofffläschchen. Das Highlight war das tibetische Chieftain-Bankett in Shangri-La; die Musik, das Essen, die Gastfreundschaft waren überwältigend. Mein Mann, der sonst nie tanzt, hat sich sogar zum Volkstanz überreden lassen – ein Video für die Ewigkeit. Die Fahrt durch den Tiger Leaping Gorge war atemberaubend, und es war so entspannend, sich nie um Transport oder Eintrittskarten kümmern zu müssen.

My mum finally got her dream trip, stress-free

I took my mother for her 70th, and she'd always wanted to see Shangri-La. Not a single moment of stress. The guide sorted her a portable oxygen canister for the mountain, and at the Yi village, she got to try weaving. Watching her face light up during the folk songs at the banquet was worth every penny. The logistics were so smooth, it felt like we were just floating from one beautiful place to the next.

Un voyage qui ressemble à un rêve, tout était fluide

Le moment le plus magique a été le lever de soleil sur la montagne de neige de Jade, avec cette lumière dorée sur les sommets. Notre guide, Tenzin, nous a évité toutes les files d'attente pour le téléphérique, c'était incroyable. Mon mari a pleuré en écoutant les chants tibétains pendant le banquet du chef, une soirée très émouvante. La vallée de la Lune Bleue était d'un bleu laiteux, comme de l'aquarelle. Je n'ai jamais eu à penser à un ticket ou à un transfert, c'était un vrai luxe.

Breathtaking, but my phone died at the worst time

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on a clear day is unreal. The guide had our down jackets and tickets ready, zero queueing. Pudacuo's lakes were so still they looked like glass. My personal fail: I was so busy filming the Yila Grassland that my phone battery gave out right before the most stunning sunset over the prayer flags. My friend had to send me all her photos. A first-world problem on a truly magical trip.

A proper adventure where we just showed up

From the bustling lanes of Lijiang to the utter peace of Mandala City, we didn't lift a finger. Our guide even knew the best spot in Shuhe for coffee. The First Bend of the Yangtze was misty and dramatic. My travel buddy and I ate so much at the Tibetan banquet we could barely move, then laughed about it all the way back to the hotel. It was the perfect mix of culture, nature, and not having to think.
